Soooo lunch today consisted of a bagelwich/veggie overload salad!!!
bagelwich: 1 everything bagel thin topped with strawberry jam and 1 slice sharp cheddar cheese…zapped in the work microwave to make cheese gooey and practically inhaled!
veggie overload salad: 2 whole carrots chopped, 1/2 zucchini chopped, handful grape tomatoes, 6 asparagus spears (steamed in microwave first), 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar…mix it all up and enjoy! als feel free to add cheese, i feel like a nice helping of feta could be delicious if added to this
I usually try to incorporate a carb, fat, protein, and fruit/veggie in every meal, so this seemed to fit the bill and kept me full all afternoon!
