i’m nuts for nutella!!!

i'm nuts for nutella!!!

simple snack..a heaping spoonfull of nutella (fat & protein) and a helping of strawberries to dip (carb power because of their sugar content) and i have a delicious snack to help me ge through the rest of work and a work-out before dinner

**note- i usually don’t measure out the exact tablespoon amount of peanut butter/nut butter/nutella and opt for a large spoonfull or two…i try to keep the portion size medium, though i generally end up having a few spoonfulls while prepping my snacks and lunch for the next day
